Graduated and now looking for a great start for your career? If you enjoy getting to know new topics and have fun developing your skills, you are in the right place with us. With our trainee program you can shape your professional future. From the very beginning you will be accompanied by one of our trainees, your "Buddy”, who will be available to answer any questions you may have. Once the day of your entry has finally arrived, you and your fellow trainees will start with a two-day welcome event. Here you can find out everything you need to know about Deka and network with other colleagues.
During your 18-month trainee program, you will get to know everything about the work of your department and the associated interfaces the departments you have touchpoints with. You’ll gain broad insights into your target field that help you prepare for your future role. You will be accompanied by your mentor, who will guide you both professionally and personally. Together with you manager, you’ll develop an individual development plan that suits your talents and helps you realize your goals.
