Our recruitment process

Interested in one of our vacancies? We look forward to your online application! We'll send you a confirmation email to say that we have received. The recruitment process varies depending on the position you are applying for. The standard process is illustrated in the diagram below. If you apply for a traineeship, we will invite you after a successful telephone interview to attend an assessment center for which you will be asked to prepare a presentation. For sales positions it’s the same process: first a telephone interview, then an assessment center. Candidates applying for a manager role go through a leadership assessment after a successful telephone interview.
